Tin Foil Dinners

Sunday after church, we drove up Big Horn Mountain to meet up with my mom and dad to have dinner. My parents had taken their camper up earlier so that they could stay the week up there and invited us to come and make tin foil dinners, a favorite camping meal with a hamburger piled high with carrots, potatoes and onions. After dinner, we took a walk around the campground and found that a mommy moose and her baby had taken up residency in the middle of the campground. After our walk, we roasted marshmallows for smores and then sat around and talked. It was fun to enjoy our family up in the mountains and are hoping to make it back up this week.

The two bigger boys had a fun time playing on this big rock by the camper.

Dinner time!

Here's the mommy and baby moose in the campground. Kind of hard to see because of the sun.

Our little family!

Roasting some 'mallows.

We saw two cow elk on the side of the road on our way home along with a bunch of deer.
