Today was a sad day for my flowers. At about 4:00 the boys and I went out and looked at the flowers like we do several times a day (my boys are obsessed with them...they love to see if any new flowers are up). They looked so happy...
About an hour later, we were outside fertilzing the lawn and this is what I found...
Gone...every last one of them!! :(Some little neighborhood turd that had been hanging around our yard decided he would break off all my tulips and stash them at the neighbors house! We asked him flat out if he did it and he said no (no surprise there). Well, while I was walking along the fence picking up the purple flowers he uprooted so I could replant them, he wispered to another little kid that he cut all the flowers and I heard him! So, we confronted him again...he confessed and we had a little talking to! Man I was mad! But, to look on the bright side, I got myself a nice bouquet!
On a different note, our family home evening this week consisted of making sure all the sprinklers were working...Christian did the adjusting, and the boys made sure the testing out!

Oooh I think I'd have a little talk with his mom about that one. I'd be so mad. At first I thought you were going to say squirrels ate them. That's what happened to me in Milwaukee
I agree I would have went to mom for that I thought you were gonna say your dog our bulldog would eat my flowers.
I can't believe all your flowers were gone! That totally stinks, but at least you got some awesome pictures of the boys with them first!
Oh I can't stand it when neighbor kids do that. That happened to me last summer. Oh I was sooo mad. Cute pictures of the boys
Oh that is so sad! I can't believe that happened! I'm glad you at least got your flowers back... obviously not in the way you would like to have them but at least you get to enjoy them inside now! Sounds like a fence is in order... maybe an electric one! ;)
I thought you were gonna say a big wind came through and blew all the blooms off. Yah, neighbor kids are sometimes wonderful.

That's horrible! They were so pretty! It's good that you got some pictures first, though. AND your grass is SO green! I am jealous :o) Ours is pretty brown still.

Oh man, I would be ticked! But, yes, such a beautiful bouquet. And those pictures of your boys on the previous post are priceless!
That totally sucks about your flowers. Ours have fallen victim to the scourge of the earth: DEER!! I don't know what is worse...a juvenile delinquent or deer?
Dang kid!!! You are going to need razor wire!!! The pictures are Beautiful...and somewhat heartbreaking:/ I love that you are looking on the BRIGHT side though!
