Water Bugs!!

My kids have always LOVED the water! Carson, especially loves it! Travis is a little more reserved than Carson but still really enjoys it. It's a really good thing (and probably why they love it so much) because we love the water too and love to play in it. Tuesday, my parents finally had their pool ready and invited us over to play in it. The boys had fun jumping off the side, riding on the floaties and just playing in the water. We enjoyed McDonalds for lunch and then bbq with everyone for dinner.

Having fun!

Grandma Foulger and the boys.

The boys decided that their floaties were battle ships. Carson was squirting  Travis but Travis was smart enough to use the back of the chair as a shield!

Trying to get warm.

Grandpa's new glasses.

Enjoying an ice cream sandwich for dessert.

Landon had one too and loved it!

One happy (and messy) baby!

Wednesday, we went out in my parent's boat for the afternoon. Christian even took the afternoon off to join us. It was a beautiful day and the water was pretty warm (for the lake) and super calm! It was a great day to be at the lake!!
Landon loved playing with the flag while we were eating lunch.

I managed to get up after not getting to go at all last year due to being pregnant.

Christian found a ski where they went to go cliff jumping. It was crazy to see how much higher the water was last year from where it is this year.

Carson "cliff" jumping. They had a blast doing it.

Travy's turn to jump off the "cliff"

Mustang Parade

Saturday the boys and I went to town to watch the parade. Christian had to work in the morning, so he wasn't able to come with us. The boys had lots of fun gathering as much candy as they could and watching all the fun floats. After the parade, we went with Grandma Asay and Great Grandma Asay to the honey factory for a sampling day and picked up some yummy treats too. As soon as Christian got home from work, we headed out to the lake with grandma and grandpa Asay. It was so fun to have them out there with us. We were super excited when Grandpa Asay said he wanted to tube! The boys each rode on the tube and Christian skied while Landon had a nap on me! We love going to the lake! After a few hours. We headed back home to clean up and have some naps before we went back to the lake for the fireworks. The fireworks were great again this year and the night was perfect for them! It was a great weekend and I'm sure the boys are going to be bored next week when we don't have anything "fun" going on anymore!
Three cute boys waiting for the parade to start.

Travis managed to snag a lei that was thrown from one of the floats.

Uncle Jacob (74) was on the State Champion Football float.

Carson and I decided to take some pictures of ourselves being funny on our way back to the dock after a nice day on the lake.

Uncle Jacob, Uncle Daniel and Aunt Kasi and Britt joined us later.

The fireworks over the lake!
I woke up early this morning to work on some Relief Society stuff and when I came up stairs to get ready for church, I found Landon fast asleep in our bed with his little hands all tucked under his chin. It was the cutest thing ever!

Family FUN night

This last week was Mustang Days in Lovell. It's a week long town celebration with lots of fun thing going on. Thursday night, we attended the Follies to watch Aunt Kasi dance with a group of Alumni LHS dancers. Friday night was family fun night at the park. We had never been before so the boys were super excited to go. The park was full of games and treats for the kids. We ate our hot dog dinner first then tried our hardest to spend our 40 tickets (which is way too many) at the game booths. Carson said his favorite booth was throwing the darts at the balloons and Travis'  was the jump house. The boys had lots of fun playing all the games and seeing some of their friends. After the games, we made our way down town to listen to the Cowley Boys play. The boys had fun listening and it looked like they wanted to dance around like the other kids but were too scared to actually do it. They decided it was more fun to run around and play football with some other kids until Travis had a run-in with a park bench and scurffed up his cheek...then it was time to go.

Landon did a great job of cheering on his brothers from the stroller.

This was the result of Travis hitting the bench. I would say the bench won!

End of games.

Carson's final game of his last year of t-ball was this Monday. The Saturday before, they had a game and then had a pizza party for the team and their families. Carson had a great year but is really looking forward to coach pitch baseball next year already. He already wants to practice for next year.

Carson and two of his friends from his team. I think we might be in trouble with this boy...the girls seem to really like him!

Janelle really enjoyed the cake!

It was so cute to watch Landon. He would look up at my dad and Christian and just watch them!

Travis loved the tball games. Not because he was watching tball but because he got to play at the park with friends.
